Hades II is a premium action game developed by Supergiant Games. This program is the first sequel to the popular rogue-like game Hades. In this game, players will take on the role of Melinoë, the Princess of the Underworld. You will be fighting the Titan of Time in a roguelike dungeon crawler.

Like in the first game, in Hades II, you will meet many colorful and fully voiced characters who will grow closer over time. Gameplay-wise, you can use powerful Boons from more than a dozen Olympian gods to become more powerful, so there will be many customization opportunities.

Battle beyond the underworld

Hades II is the enchanting sequel of rogue-like dungeon crawler, in which you will battle beyond the Underworld using witchcraft and dark sorcery to take on the Titan of Time. This time, you will play Melinoë as she takes on Chronos, the Titan of Time. The developer boasts the all-new, action-packed, and endlessly replayable experience that this game will provide.

Of course, as it’s set in the exact prequel, it retains and expands its root into Greek mythology with some added witchcraft. For the most part, it carries over many features of its antecedent—the camera angle, the dash mechanics, and the boons from various Olympians were shown to be similar. Additionally, this game will have new upgrade mechanics, such as weapons upgrades, keepsakes, and companions.

As the Princess of the Underworld, you will be equipped with legendary weapons of Night, each of which she can infuse with ancient magic. There will be four new gods added in this game, two of which are Apollo and Nemesis. Apart from new gods, new Olympians will also be introduced to join Hades' ever-growing cast of admirable NPCs. However, the game is currently developing and holding closed beta tests.
